Welcome to Simms Maison. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging our luxury concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered accounts, and clientele of Simms Maison.
When creating an account with Simms Maison, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify our Concierge immediately of any unauthorized account access.
All garments, leather goods, and accessories showcased on Simms Maison are crafted in limited productions. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) or applicable local currencies and include applicable GST unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product availability, or modify specifications without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs once payment is authorized through our secure gateways (Razorpay, major credit/debit cards, UPI, or verified Cash on Delivery). Simms Maison reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock depletion, or pricing errors.
Pan-India deliveries typically ship within 2–4 business days. International orders deliver within 5–7 business days via courier partners. International shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Simms Maison offers a 7-day complimentary return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact. Custom-tailored or personalized bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
All trademarks, campaign lookbooks, textile designs, logos, and digital imagery on this site are the exclusive property of Simms Maison. Unapproved reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
